Roll into Release

The geothermal baths and gardens at Esalen, Big Sur, await our return this Fall with a Roll into Release Yoga, Movement and Foam Roller workshop. We’ll unwind, roll and release – dive deep into the peace and ease with Yoga, creative foam roller flows, core activations and an alchemical movement journey through the elements. This practice is like a dance where the roller is the partner. You will learn to both lead and follow, then return to yoga on the mat to witness how the body moves after being “rolled.”

Bring your own soft foam roller – all other props are provided by Esalen.
