Join Ulrika on the ultimate 10 day Yoga,Spa and Culture Spring Renewal in Bali late spring, 2025. Our journey is set over the holy days of Galungan and Kuningan where celebrations take place all over Bali celebrating “good winning over evil” and offerings are made to one’s ancestors. During this time we renew body, mind and spirit with daily yoga, healing Balinese bodywork, body scrubs and spa treatments, daily meditation, chakra clearing and renewal rituals. We’ll flush ourselves clean with fresh juices and energize our bodies with movement, locally sourced meals, ceremonies and soulful cultural experiences.

Our Spring Renewal begins with five days in the lush hills of Ubud weaving rejuvenating days of yoga, ceremony and temple offerings with enjoyable days of Balinese culture and spirituality. We’ll experience a beautiful cleansing ritual at a Holy Water Temple, take the complimentary shuttle and go for walks on trails through the rice paddies to Ubud for shopping, more bodywork and entertainment. Mid retreat, for the last four nights, we change locations to peaceful plant based healing oasis, immersing ourselves in the Balinese Healing Arts and peaceful mindset.

EXTRAS, AIRFARE and TRANSFERS: Travel with Singapore Airlines for best connections and comfort to Denpasar airport, Bali. Airport pickup is arranged on arrival and departure day, shared and added to personal room bill. All other tour transfers are included in the cost. Entry fees and sarong rental at temples, lunches, dinners and drinks not mentioned in the inclusions are extra.
