Enjoy Spa Yoga Days with Ulrika at Spa Solage in Calistoga.

SPA YOGA DAY check-in begins at Spa Solage anytime after 8 am. Enjoy a morning soak in the geothermal springs before rolling out the yoga mat for a rejuvenating and flowing Yoga practice 11:45 am – 1:15 pm. Spend the afternoon at the spa relaxing in the geothermal waters and mineralized baths, the infrared sauna and the eucalyptus fragrant steam rooms. Make your lunch reservations at Solbar or Pico Bar or pre book your picnic lunch with Spa Solage to enjoy poolside. Part two of the Spa Yoga Day includes an Aroma Bar with essential oils 4-4:30 pm and a “Relax and Renew” Yoga practice from 4:30-5:30 pm which will leave you feeling more than restored… You’ll be renewed for weeks to come! Spa is open until 7 pm. Dinner at Solbar or in town and your day is complete.
