What does that have to do with Yoga one might wonder:) Whatever we do consciously on a daily basis is yoga, how we experience our day to day, eating, showering, breathing, sleeping, communicating, meditating, become our quality of life. After all I think the most exciting adventure we can go on is living the life of our dreams in each simple moment. Daily Yoga and a daily shower is what keep me flowing and glowing. The rest is pretty much in the showing up, open to experience what happens as life is unfolding.
