Practice riding the currents of the breath with heart and chest opening yoga poses and sequences designed to make you light, breath filled and airborne in your yoga poses. By identifying and discovering the empty spaces, arches and domes within, Ulrika will skillfully guide you into a light and effortless yoga flow. Come test your wings!
After yoga we will take the yacht out for a cruise on the Bay. Limited to 12. Sign up early!!
