Kick your heels up in the air and join Ulrika at Esalen, Big Sur over Halloween Weekend, Oct 31-Nov 2, 2025!

This fall, mirror the trees and awaken inner peace by standing tall in the process of release. We’ll embody the power and spirit of Halloween as we explore the many ways to let go, let loose, and be at ease with yoga, movement, and stillness.

The geothermal oceanfront baths are open 24/7 and fresh meals from the abundant Esalen gardens are included in your stay.

The workshop is open for registration on the Esalen website. Esalen handles all reservations and payments. Register early to have first pick of accommodations. Looking forward to sharing one or both workshops with you!
