Had the pleasure to share Yoga with my youngest yoga student Martin the other day. He was intent on trying everything I was sharing with him, open, curious and willing. The day after our session he felt the need to meditate and sit by the fire in the midst of activities and did so. Yoga is 90% mindset over skillset… skills develop over time.
