Returning home to Calistoga tomorrow with healing water blessings from San Diego for Napa and Sonoma Valleys charred by the horrific wildfires. I left my hometown Calistoga one day before the fires began to lead an off grid Yoga Journey in Canyonlands, UT. Had the pleasure to share Yoga with my youngest yoga student Martin the other day. He was intent on trying everything I was sharing with him, open, curious and willing. The day after our session he felt the need to meditate and sit by the fire in the midst of activities and did so. Yoga is 90% mindset over skillset… skills develop over time.
