Pondering on my morning walk what shape my life, body, mind and heart would be in had I not chosen to dedicate my life to practicing and sharing yoga. Like the sun, this practice has never failed to sustain, strengthen and soften me. I moved to California from Sweden for the sun and to go to school. Recently my life has been much about feeling, embracing and allowing feelings to be felt, seen and honored. Being vulnerable isn’t weak, it’s real.
