Throw back 18 years and here we are, back in time to one of my first YOGA JOURNEYS in BELIZE. Been going through some of my archives of 150 plus Yoga Journeys over the past 20 years and it’s astoundingly beautiful to take in all the smiles and memories shared. I think this was year 2000, pre baby and with my then husband (in blue right below silly looking me grinning with my eyes closed:), now he is one of my best friends. Leading Yoga Journeys is my life’s work and what fuels my heart and soul with inspiration. Little did I know back in Belize that I’d keep on leading more and more Journeys around the globe. I was one happy camper just being there right where I was back then, with no idea where the Journeys would later lead me.
