Drop into Bali to replenish your body and soul with a pampering 10 day Yoga Journey that abundantly gives back to the beautiful Balinese community. The borders to Indonesia are slowly reopening after numerous set backs and international flights are resuming regular flights. This will be my eight time leading a journey in Bali. I am called to be part of the rebuilding, bringing yogis back to the island to participate in an ultimate Yoga Spring Renewal with daily yoga, Balinese massages, body scrubs, facial cleansing, daily meditation, chakra clearing and renewal rituals. We’ll flush ourselves clean with fresh juices and energize our bodies with movement, locally sourced meals and soulful cultural experiences. Prior to bathing in the holy springs we’ll observe a *liquid cleanse silent yoga day with seven juices for the seven chakras. (*optional)

Our Spring Renewal weave rejuvenating days of yoga, ceremony and temple offerings with enjoyable days of Balinese culture and spirituality. Experience the sunrise cleansing ritual at Tirta Empul Holy Water Temple, walk the Campuhan Ridge and rice paddies with our local guide, enjoy a Balinese Dance performance at Gura Taman Saraswati temple and a midweek sunrise trek to a volcano followed by a bike ride through the local community. Take the complimentary shuttle or go for a walk on a trail through the rice paddies to Ubud for shopping, more bodywork and entertainment. Mid retreat we change locations from Ubud to a peaceful oasis on the untouched Northern coast.

COST: $3,250 per person double occupancy / $3,950 single occupancy for 9 nights in deluxe accommodations. Daily yoga, a 90 min Balinese massage, a 60 min hot stone massage, a body scrub treatment, a reflexology session, daily breakfast, fresh juices, transport, guides and entry fees to Tirta Empul Temple, Camphuan Ridge, Gura Taman Saraswati Temple and volcano trek and bike ride, a liquid juice day, a festive welcome dinner, full board the last four nights including a celebration farewell dinner, airport pick up on arrival day, 21% taxes all included.

AIRFARE and TRANSFERS: Travel with Singapore Airlines for best connections and comfort to Denpasar airport, Bali. Airport pickup is included in retreat fee on arrival day.
