Set the tone for 2013 with a day of YOGA at Solage Resort in Calistoga. This day we will fuel our most heartfelt intentions for the year to come with two deep and inspiring Yoga practices in the most festive and beautiful setting.
A two hour lunch break offers time to enjoy what Solage and Calistoga has to offer; fabulous spa menus, mud baths, festive and light food, gorgeous surroundings and a great hiking trail close by that brings you up into the Palisades.
10 - 12:30 pm VINYASA FLOW YOGA PRACTICE ~ NEW BEGINNINGS
2:30- 5 pm YIN/YANG YOGA and MEDITATION ~ REFLECT and RELEASE
COST: $45 per session / $75 for the full day
